Arch Canyon Partners, LLC was founded by Adam McArthur, CFA, ASA, ABV, MAFF. Mr. McArthur leads Arch Canyon’s team of analysts and directs the firm’s valuation and litigation support activities.

Mr. McArthur has been valuing business interests, intellectual property, and related assets for more than 20 years. His extensive valuation and litigation support experiences span numerous asset classes and industries.

Mr. McArthur is highly credentialed, having earned credentials from every major business valuation credentialing organization in the United States. Mr. McArthur currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA-BV) in the discipline of business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers, the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants(AICPA), and the Master Analyst in Financial Forensics from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Mr. McArthur has qualified as an expert witness in Los Angeles County, Fresno County, Santa Cruz County, and Riverside County Superior Courts. Mr. McArthur has also qualified and testified in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Additionally, Mr. McArthur has provided expert witness services via deposition, arbitration, and mediation.
